Savanna Be Seen Campaign

Terms and Conditions

20th October 2025 - 31st December 2025

1. This competition is open to all residents of Namibia, except directors, employees, agents (including advertising agencies), and consultants of Namibia Breweries Limited (NBL), as well as their immediate family members (spouse, life partner, parent, child, brother, sister), business partners, or associates.

2. All participants must be 18 years or older at the date of entry. Winners will be required to provide valid identification as proof.

3. The competition runs from 20th October 2025 to 31st December 2025, with competition entries closing at 23:59 on 31st December 2025.

4. To enter the competition, participants must follow the weekly challenges on Savanna.promo. Participants can access the microsite by scanning the QR code featured on promotional material or by visiting the URL directly. A user account is required to upload challenge entries. Entries via any other social media platforms will not be included in the draw.

5. Savanna promotes responsible drinking. No persons under the age of 18 may participate in this competition. All submitted challenges must be completed in a safe and responsible manner. Any form of reckless or irresponsible behaviour, including but not limited to irresponsible drinking, actions that may cause harm to oneself or others, or conduct that may negatively impact the Savanna brand, will result in immediate disqualification at the discretion of Namibia Breweries Limited (NBL).

6. The Be Seen Challenge process is as follows:

  • Step 1: Create an account and register on Savanna.promo.
  • Step 2: Upload challenge entries as they appear on the microsite. Participants may also follow the Savanna Namibia Facebook or Instagram page for reminders. The entry mechanic is also available in selected stores.
  • Step 3: There are four challenges in total. Each challenge includes three individual tasks, totalling 50,000 Be Seen points as follows:

Prize Mechanism:

  • • All participants who enter at least one challenge (all three tasks must be completed for that challenge) stand a chance to win a monthly prize.
  • • The goal is to accumulate 200,000 Be Seen points. Only participants who reach this threshold will be entered into the Grand Prize draw.

7. Monthly winners will be drawn using an electronic draw tool. All draws are conducted by the Savanna Namibia team with the NBL compliance team present.

8. Cash winners must provide an identification document and bank confirmation letter or bank statement not older than 3 months for prize payment.

9. Winners may choose either a trip/vacation of equivalent value or cash. The trip will be arranged by NBL. Once selected, prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged. NBL reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of comparable value.

10. Entries cannot be submitted on behalf of another person.

11. Important Notice: The individual who registers the account on Savanna.promo and submits the challenge entry via their own device and profile shall be deemed the official participant in the competition. Any other person(s) appearing in, featured in, assisting with, or otherwise participating in the submitted content (including but not limited to photos, videos, or recordings) shall not be recognized as participants for purposes of this competition and shall not qualify for any prize. To be eligible to participate and qualify for prizes, each individual must register a separate account and complete the challenges independently under their own device and profile.

12. All potential winners must provide their full names and contact details as per their Namibian ID, passport, or permanent residency documents for verification.

13. Winners will be contacted by the Savanna brand team. If a winner cannot be reached after three attempts within 48 hours, a new winner will be selected.

14. Any participant who has won a prize in any NBL brand competition within the last six (6) months prior to the start date of this competition will not be eligible to win in this competition. In addition, any participant who wins a prize in any of the above mentioned challenges draw, or phase of this competition will not be eligible to win in any subsequent challenge, draw, or phase related to the same promotion. Breach of this condition, reserves NBL the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.

15. NBL's decision on winners is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

16. By entering, participants consent to be photographed (without prior written consent) by Namibia Breweries Limited for promotional purposes.

17. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Namibia. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and the exclusive jurisdiction of Namibian courts.

18. By entering, participants accept these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by NBL's interpretation of the rules.

19. NBL reserves the right to terminate or amend the competition at any time if deemed necessary.

20. Neither NBL, its directors, employees, advertising/media agencies, nor trading partners will be liable for any loss, damage, or costs arising from participation in this competition, whether due to negligence or otherwise.

21. Neither NBL nor their respective advertising or media agencies, nor their trading partners shall be liable in any way whatsoever for any loss, damage or costs, howsoever arising, suffered by an entrant of this competition and/or participant in the prizes offered, whether as a result of any negligent act or omission or any default on the part of NBL or otherwise.
